Kasper is an urban planner at ERA with over six years of public and private-sector professional planning experience. He holds a Master of Planning from Ryerson University and has a keen interest in the role that adaptive reuse and heritage preservation can play in placemaking and urban redevelopment.
Kasper’s land development experience includes leading Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Site Plan Control, and land division applications in both urban and rural contexts. He has also led and supported virtual and in-person community engagement in both English and French.
