Valerie Marshall

Valerie holds an M.Arch, as well as an HBA in art history and architecture design, from the University of Toronto, where she was an Ontario Graduate Scholar. Her master’s thesis proposed the reclamation and remediation of an abandoned mine site in Northern Quebec to serve as an archive for internet and digital material.
During her studies, Valerie collaborated extensively with firms, researchers, and designers on a diverse range of projects including exhibitions, publications, installations, and master-planning. Prior to joining ERA, Valerie worked on an exhibition at the John H. Daniels Faculty of Architecture, Landscape, and Design that explored the future of housing in. Toronto’s Yellowbelt, and as well interned at a firm that specialized in urban infill projects in Toronto.
