Nigel Molaro

Nigel Molaro is a Senior Project Manager at ERA and a trained specialist in the conservation and stewardship of cultural heritage. Adopting a values-based approach to conservation planning, he develops strategies for renewing buildings, neighbourhoods and landscapes. His experience working for both public and private sector clients, principally in urban environments, spans a range of project scales and policy contexts within as well as outside Ontario.
Drawing on his academic and apprenticeship education, Nigel embraces integrative, collaborative and sustainable approaches to conservation. He is a member of the Canadian Association of Heritage Professionals (CAHP) and a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society. Nigel currently serves on CAHP’s Board of Directors and is a past board member at the Willowbank School of Restoration Arts, which is known for pioneering new approaches to heritage.
