Neil Phillips

As a Project Manager at ERA, Neil is engaged in heritage conservation and adaptive reuse through the fields of urban planning and landscape architecture. Neil holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Toronto, a certificate in Urban Design from Harvard University, a professional degree in Urban Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson), and a Bachelor of Public Administration from the University of Ottawa.
Neil’s work is informed by over a decade of experience, having held positions in both the public and private sectors; working on a varied portfolio of development, policy, and design projects. In addition to his work at ERA, Neil is actively involved with Ryerson’s School of Urban and Regional Planning as a sessional lecturer, where he instructs studio-based planning with a focus on landscape and urban design.
