Leah Kim

Leah Kim is a Registered Architect (OAA) with over a decade of experience in architectural design and development. Her projects have ranged from small-scale commercial and mid-rise residential to large mixed-use developments and master plans in Toronto, England, and the Netherlands.

Leah holds a Master’s degree in Architecture, Urbanism, and Building Sciences from TU Delft, with a minor in Sustainable Development. Her thesis explored sustainable strategies for renewing portiek flats, a post-war row housing typology in South Rotterdam, by addressing improvements at the neighbourhood, block, and building levels. This focus has shaped her interests in housing, particularly in design, renovation, and retrofit.
