Irene Victor

Irene is a Human Resources Generalist at ERA where she drives key HR initiatives and functions with a strong focus on Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA). Passionate about advocacy, she champions meaningful change both within the workplace and beyond.

Throughout her career, Irene has led diversity, equity, and sustainability initiatives, form Women’s Leadership Programs to environmental advocacy. She’s committed to empowering underrepresented communities and fostering an inclusive work environment.

Irene holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from York University, an IDEA certification from the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion (CCDI) and is currently pursuing her CHRL certification from the HRPA.
