Heather McArthur

En Français >

With a multi-disciplinary background in Communications, Heritage Conservation and Architecture, Heather has developed a sensitive approach to balancing architectural conservation, contemporary design and development, and the relationship between the two.

Over her 15 years of experience, she has participated in the delivery of projects ranging from building condition assessments, pre-design & feasibility studies, heritage planning & master planning; to design and construction services. Heather routinely works with and collaborates in multidisciplinary team settings, including coordinating the efforts of conservation and materials specialists, among other consultants.

As an alumna of Carleton University (B.A. 2003; M.Arch 2012), Heather is intimately familiar with the campus and the Architecture Building, where she returns on a regular basis to participate in studio crits and thesis reviews.

Heather is fluently bilingual in English and in French.
