Erin Tito

Erin is an urban planner at ERA, specializing in Toronto development and municipal shelter projects. She holds a B.A. (Honours) in Political Science from Wellesley College and a Master of Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University. Erin’s graduate research focused on the reuse of post-industrial spaces and sustainability in the urban built environment.
Prior to joining ERA, she gained valuable experience in policy planning at the City of Vaughan and as a land use planner on large-scale studies and development approvals in Ontario.
Since joining ERA in 2022, Erin has undertaken complex research and analysis for a wide range of projects involving heritage conservation and planning.
