Elizabeth Pellegrino

Elizabeth Pellegrino is a Human Resources Manager at ERA, where she plays a pivotal role in developing and overseeing the key functions of the HR Department. As a strategic partner to the executive team, she works closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with the organization’s objectives. She oversees critical areas such as Employment Compliance, IDEA, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits and much more. Her approach is centered on not only implementing industry best practices but also contextualizing them within ERA’s unique culture and strategic goals, ensuring that these initiatives are tailored to drive optimal results for the organization.

Originally from Montréal, QC, Elizabeth is a bilingual Certified Human Resources Professional. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Montréal, QC. With a special interest in Business Analytics for Decision Making, she is currently completing her MBA with Carleton University.
