Elizabeth Pellegrino

Elizabeth Pellegrino is a Senior Human Resources Advisor within the Human Resources Department. She manages all HR functions and initiatives at ERA, which range from Inclusion and Diversity, Employment Compliance, Talent Management and much more.  She has a special interest in Business Analytics for decision-making and is in the process of completing her MBA within this field.

Originally from Montréal, Qc, Elizabeth is a bilingual Human Resources professional, who held a Certificate with l’ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CHRA) and in the process of transferring her certification to Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Concordia University in Montréal, Qc. She was also a member of the Institute of Co-operative Education and was granted the Top-Employer Choice Award upon graduation for going above and beyond what was required from a co-op student and making a difference within the organization.
