Dominique joined ERA with seven years of professional experience in the conservation of historic buildings. He worked on restoration projects such as the Dome of the Legislative Building of Saskatchewan, the Legislative Building of Ontario, the Criminal Superior Court of Toronto, Casa Loma, as well as numerous other significant heritage buildings in Ontario.

With his knowledge in digital recording technology, Dominique has led laser scans and the subsequent productions of highly accurate record drawings for several historic buildings.

Having performed extensive ASTM and CSA laboratory testing of sandstone, limestone, brick, and lime based mortars and concrete, Dominique has developed a good understanding of the behavioral characteristics of historic building materials in a northern climate.

Dominique holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Carleton University School of Architecture.

Currently, Dominique is involved in the Union Station Train Shed Revitalization Project.
