121-123 Scollard Street

121-123 Scollard Street was constructed by 1884, developed by Leeds Sheppard, a prominent landowner in Yorkville. This building is located in the Yorkville-Hazelton Area Heritage Conversation District and is a designated heritage property. ERA provided a development strategy which conserved the historic elements of the building and provided a mixed-use retail/residential addition. The design addresses a new north/south pedestrian lane connecting Yorkville Ave. and Scollard St.
