Peter is a planner who holds a Master in Environmental Studies from York University, as well as a B.A. in Urban Studies and Environmental Policy from the University of Toronto. For his graduate thesis, he explored the practice of density bonusing in the four political wards at the centre of Toronto’s contemporary land development boom.
Peter is interested in leveraging opportunities for urban regeneration through heritage conservation and creative design interventions. Since joining ERA in November 2016, Peter has been engaged in historical research and the preparation of documents such as Conservation Plans and Heritage Impact Assessments.
