Jessie Grebenc

Jessie Grebenc is a Senior Associate with ERA Architects Inc. and holds a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Toronto. With over 10 years of experience as a Project Manager specializing in the adaptive reuse of heritage buildings, Jessie has worked on a variety of projects at all stages in the architectural process and has a detailed understanding of building and material conservation. Her experience includes the development and implementation of the rehabilitation strategy for the award-winning Senate of Canada Building (2020 Civic Trust Award winner and 2019 Lieutenant Governor’s Ontario Heritage Award for Excellence in Conservation winner).

Other notable projects include Casey House, a ground breaking care facility that incorporates a restored heritage residence (2017 Lieutenant Governor’s Ontario Heritage Award for Excellence in Conservation winner) and the reconstruction of the Paradise Theatre, an Art Deco movie theatre. Jessie also has a special interest in the conservation of masonry structures and has pursued her studies on that subject at various institutions in Canada and the UK .
