Callan Wilson Delafield

Callan is an Intern Architect at ERA. He received his Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architectural Studies degrees from the University of Waterloo. His graduate thesis explored questions of architectural belonging and imposition through archival research and firsthand documentation of a rural Ontario property and included design proposals for a residence and adaptive reuse of an historic barn.

Callan has worked in Vancouver, Toronto and London, Ontario on a variety of project types, with a recent focus on the design and development of mid-rise affordable housing projects. Throughout his work he has maintained an interest in software workflows, standards and graphic communication. He has taught design visualization and communication courses for the past three years at Fanshawe College.

With curiosity towards understanding the built and natural, present and historic environment, Callan brings an open minded, solutions driven approach to every project.
